By placing an order, you confirm that:

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable.
We accept payment via all major credit cards through our third party payment provider.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days with the exception of pre-order items which are clearly marked on the product page and usually ship within 3 weeks. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delays may occur due to customs or high-volume periods.
5. Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK and EU consumer protection laws.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

Sealed items such as cosmetics, perfumes, or other personal care products cannot be returned once unsealed, due to health and hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at customerservice@wildandfunk.com. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including original and return shipping costs.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

We aim to ensure all product details are accurate, but minor variations may occur. Colors may appear differently on screens.
