You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t shipped. Email us with your order number and cancellation request as soon as possible. We reserve the funds when you place an order, but we don’t process the payment until it’s ready to leave our warehouse. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel it, but it may take up to 10 days for your bank or card issuer to release the funds. If it has shipped, you can arrange a return once you receive it. Our Animal Welfare Policy ensures that no products sold on our site contain the following animal-derived materials: fur (including rabbit hair and Mongolian lambs’ fur), parts of vulnerable, endangered, exotic, or wild-caught species, feather/down, bone, horn, shell, and teeth. Our cosmetics and their ingredients are not tested on animals, in line with the EU animal testing ban effective from 11th March 2013. We are committed to supporting a global ban on animal testing.
Your items might arrive in separate parcels, so check your emails for delivery updates. Each delivery note will list the items in that parcel. If something is missing, contact our Customer Care team with your order number and the missing item's name and number. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
