Small 12mm hoops with a tiny abalone and gold round charm. Sold singularly and perfect for layering. These earrings are made by hand in 14k gold fill and real abalone shell.  
 
These hoops do not have a hinge and are designed to be left in and not opened and closed often as they may loose their shape.  It is important to open them sideways and not backwards.
 
step 1. carefully open and twist sideways
step 2. insert the earring in your piercing
step 3. twist the post in the same sideways motion back into the hoop
