Directions for use: Place your heat pillow in the microwave, ensuring turntable is clean. Heat on high for 1 minute, turning half way through to prevent hot spots. If further heating is required, repeat in 20 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Do not heat for more than 2 minutes continuously.
WARNING! Do not heat in a Flatbed microwaves, these microwaves are intended for heating food and beverages only. Warming heat pillows in these is dangerous and may lead to risk of injury or fire.
To use as a cooling pillow, place in refrigerator until desired temperature is reached.
